Chinatown Chicken Wings



  1. To make sauce: In medium bowl, combine Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce , soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
  2. Cut tips off chicken wings; discard tips or save for another use. Cut wings at joints to form 36 pieces; brush with oil.
  3. On grill, place wings directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 30 minutes or until tender and juices run clear, turning and brushing often with sauce during the last 15 minutes.

Suggestions: Use the sauce brushed on grilled chicken breasts or pork tenderloin. Serve with white rice and snow peas for an entrée option
