Chinatown Chicken Wings
- Yield: Serves 32-36 appetizers
- To make sauce: In medium bowl, combine Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce , soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
- Cut tips off chicken wings; discard tips or save for another use. Cut wings at joints to form 36 pieces; brush with oil.
- On grill, place wings directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 30 minutes or until tender and juices run clear, turning and brushing often with sauce during the last 15 minutes.
Suggestions: Use the sauce brushed on grilled chicken breasts or pork tenderloin. Serve with white rice and snow peas for an entrée option
