Down-Home Chicken Grill



  1. On grill, place chicken skin side down, directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 1 hour or until tender and juices run clear. Turn and brush often with the Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce during the last 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile: in 10-inch cast-iron skillet combine beans, Birdseye Steamfresh Corn and remaining Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce. Place skillet on grill for the last 15 minutes or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally. Add chicken broth and chicken to skillet and heat through.

Suggestions: Substitute Pork chops or pork tenderloin for chicken.
