Glazed Smoked Sausage



  1. To make glaze: In small bowl, combine Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce , sugar and vinegar.
  2. Score sausage diagonally. On grill, place sausage directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot, turning and brushing often with glaze.

Suggestions: This is a versatile and flavorful glaze that can be used on pork chops, chicken, or fish, such as salmon or swordfish.
