- In large bowl, combine beef, mushrooms, chopped onion, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Shape into four 1-inch-thick patties.
- On grill rack, place patties directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, until desired doneness (allow 10 minutes for medium and 12 minutes for well-done), turning and brushing often with Open Pit Original Flavor Barbecue Sauce. Place patties on buns with lettuce, tomato, relish and sliced onion.
