Honey Hickory Spareribs
- To make sauce: combine Open Pit Hickory Barbecue Sauce, honey, garlic powder, and apple juice.
- Cut ribs into serving pieces. Place in Dutch oven. Cover with Barbecue sauce mixture. Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes to 1 hour or until ribs are tender. Remove ribs and bring liquid to a boil. Grill ribs uncovered 20 minutes or until glazed, turning and brushing often with sauce. Serve remaining sauce with ribs.
Suggestions: This sauce alone works great on chicken, salmon, or Beef.
