Open Pit Chicago Barbecue Ribs



  1. To make sauce: Bring all ingredients, except ribs, to a boil in a large sauce pan. Reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In covered grill place ribs, fat side up, over medium heat. Grill, covered, 1.5 to 2 hours or until well-done. Turn and brush with sauce every 30 minutes.
