Open Pit Indianapolis Ribs



  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in heavy large sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer uncovered until sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
  2. In Covered grill place ribs, fat side up, over medium heat. Grill, covered, 1.5 to 2 hours or until well-done. Turn and brush with sauce every 30 minutes. Garnish ribs with scallions and rosemary.

Suggestions: Use this sauce brushed on an eye round roast or London broil
